VA/GBpvr Startup Conflict

When I installed the latest version of VA onto my fresh system install, gbpvr will either take ~1min-10min to load or not load at all. What could be causing this? Its a new windows install, I made sure to install .Net 2.0. Are there any other prerequisites I'm missing to run the plugin? Thanks!

EDIT: Well I'm not sure what I changed but I went through and disabled/reenabled plugins and fiddled with the VA options and now its working properly
