hauppauge remote not working with gbpvr

I just installed GBPVR with a Hauppauge 350. The remote works with the Hauppauge Win2000 software but I can't seem to get it to work with GBPVR. I see in the entries in the ini file for GBPVR but still no response. I don't want to use it with any other software but I can't get it to work with GBPVR whether the IR32.exe is running or not.

Does GBPVR have focus? Make sure it's in the forefront. Also in the config app, there's a checkbox on the last tab to "Use direct access to Hauppauge Remote" Try that.
