Ah...

Jim_bob, since you're using the DVR-MS mux, you have to use the File Sharing mode. I see you've tried to configure it to use the Cyberlink mux, but you dont have it installed, so it ends up falling back to the DVR-MS mux.

Now that you've changed your setup, zip and attach both the client and server logs and I'll take a look.

Did you install the Cyberlink mux or did you switch to File Share.

Out of interest, I tried scheduling a recording and didn't get an error message but the program didn't get scheduled.

I've attached the logs from the server, too. In case that helps. There are no firewalls between Client and Server.
Can you post the client logs showing: (1) playing a DVR-MS file in the Video Library, and (2) playing live tv.

So what did you think you changed? Its still seems to be trying to use DVR-MS with Streaming Mode.

Nothing changed, THMpgMux.ax is registered and in the system32, always has been :S:confused:

You dont have the Cyberlink mux installed.
