Comskip problems

Sometimes comskip works great for me but other times the show will freeze up at certain points and if I try to rewind and start again the show will get jumpy and skip ahead over and over again and everything is messed up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you use a Hauppauge PVR 150/250/500 card?
If so, it looks like you have contraced the (much documented) timstamp bug. Please read the "sticky" post in the "Announcements" forum (new Hauppauge driver) to see how you can get rid of this...

You could take your comskip log-file and post it over at the website of the comskip developer....

Could you post the generated .txt file?
And mail me the log file made with verbose=10 ? When this happens. You can rerun comskip by dragging and dropping the mpeg on comskip.exe
