Beatles Flash ad covers menu at top of V-Bulletin

When i drop down search, the darn Flash Beatles ad stays on top, so I can't see the menu. Had to disable Flash in IE to make it workable! (Other ads don't seem to do this.)

Never seen that ad, all I seem to get is the (animated gif) "AVA Media Center" ad.

Yeah, but why do the Flash ads stay on top, while the animated .gifs don't??

Most have a close button and only 'popup' when you hover your mouse over them. There is always FireFox and 'adblock'.
