No OSD in LiveTV

I can't seem to get the OSD to appear in LiveTV. I have tried both VRM9 and VRM7. The "Minimal OSD During Playback" is not checked. While in LiveTV, I have tried pressing CTRL-B and have not had any luck. What am I missing?

This can happen if you're using the Cyberlink decoder with VMR but havnt added the registry settings for enabling VMR support with this decoder. (google for Cyberlink EnableVMR9)

Thank you Sub. This must be the problem because I do have CyberLink. I will try to change the registry tomorrow.
