All you need to do is update the driver. Use driver version 1.18.21.22266 and get it from Here Just do a device update and point it to where you extracted the driver. I was using the same vbersion as you and was not getting anything. I updated and it works perfectly

There was a new model tuner used on some more recent PVR-250's. The supplied drivers would only work correctly with Hauppauge's WinTV software. This could be your problem. To get these newer devices to work with GB-PVR (or other Directshow apps), you need to install the latest drivers from www.shspvr.com.

Exactly what santa said

The above link was taken from shs and is the latest and greatest

That way you don't have to search [Image: biggrin.gif]

Well it seems that the driver update worked perfectly. I am running 1.18.21.22266 flawlessly. I should have thought of the driver. Thanks to all that participated. Live TV is working like a champ, although I should have taken the plunge and gotten the hardware accelerated 350 Hauppauge card instead, but this one still rocks.

Shannon: try the driver update for the 150 card, perhaps it will help

Thanks to all, you're help was grand:
