Client wont start

I get the splash screen saying initializing then nothing. I've already opened 7967 on the windows firewall on both server and client.

You've got your shares set incorrectly so its unable to load the config.xml form the server.

i have the folder shared....

You obviously havnt got the right folder shared or have entered the incorrect share name in the config app.
