The name needs to match exactly, including the case.

So, where do I get the real name? is what EWA shows is the real name? ("TREEC" for "Tree House") or is it somewhere else.

BTW, I tried "tree", "Tree", "TREE", "Tree House", and "TREEC" none of them showed up in the EasyView screen.

For historic reasons, dating back to the old US XMLTV service that existed before zap2it first introduced their service, the channel number is part of the name. For example '4 KNBC'

This is not the case with other EPGs used in GB-PVR (XMLTV, DVB EPG etc).

YOOHOO!!

Ok, now a cosmetic request for next release:
Code:
<Channel>
   <ID>65 TREEC</ID>
   <Name>Tree House</Name>
</Channel>
Cause, not only TREEC can confude (I bet there are other channels that the name is much different than the channel ID). Also, because now it shows for me "65 TREEC (65)".

What about the recording with the apostrophe?

Thanks sub!

I can only give you a "maybe" on that one.

Its should be exactly the same as any other recording. There shouldnt be anything special about the apostrophe.

I'll take a maybe with both hands! (seen few maybe's make their way to the product)

Again, the reason I asked is because it didn't show up, and the name on the recording screen is different than the name of the actual folder on the disk.
I tried both. Where do I get the correct name, to make sure it shows up?

It should be exactly as its shown in the Recordings screen.

If you cant get it to go, zip and email your gbpvr.db3 file to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look.

It'll only add season recordings to the list, and you dont have a season recordings with an apostrophe in the name. You do have a one-off recording, but this wont be added. Only season recordings.
