Tuner Status - support thread

yeah, i'll change that to read background size from the skin. thanks for catching it. will be coding this weekend to implement much stuff.

I finished an Alpha 2 on the weekend:

• Fixed background hard coded to 720x480.
  
• Added code to display device type of each capture source in GB-PVR config app.
  
• Determined that I can't switch a tuner to a channel after conversations with sub. Was going to happen when you hit OK on a tuner, now won't do anything.
  
• Added place holder code to display a channel icon, show name, and show description based on skin settings.
  

Planned work this weekend:

• If tuner status = Recording, get show channel, name, and description from scheduler recordings and display the data.
  
• Write installer for plugin.
  
• Release v1.0, write wiki page.
  

Planned work next weekend (maybe I'll get work done fast and be able to also do it this weekend):

• Add code to display tuner status icons on VA Panel.
  
• Release v1.1, write wiki page.
  

I had some commitments come up 2 weekends ago that sucked up my entire weekend, so I'm behind my own schedule. Have definitely learned a lot about plugins, skinning, and how to do various "under the hood" things in GB-PVR.

Havn't tried recording yet, or reskinning the background, but as the attached image shows, it only gives details for one of my capture sources. I have a PVR 150 and the second tuner of the Nova-T-500 as well :confused:

Not sure that the background resizing in the skin is working. I setup the skin

Fixed, missed a spot that had 720,480 hard coded. Added a basic logger.

No sign of the log file, dll has a version number of 1.0.0.0 installed from the wiki

Try using the attached dll file. I just compared the dll that gets installed by the EXE to the one I've been using, and they're the same. Can you post a screenshot of your capture sources in the config app?

Tried with the above dll, still the same
