Thismorning my EPG is showing data till the 18th. ( Phew!)
I e-mailed radiotimes.com yesterday and they replied, appolgising and saying they were still having some technical problems that they were working to fix.

But for now the EPG is back up... get it while you can.

May I ask who you emailed?
I've just seen my data has run out today for BBC1, BBC2, and ITV for the Yorkshire region.

Same for me BBC1 Midlands, BBC2 Midlands and ITV1 Carlton/Central completely empty, all other channels seem OK.

I could switch to Bleb but it doesn't have regional variations and I'd have to add them as extra channels (i.e. just BBC1, BBC2 and ITV, not BBC1 Midlands etc.)

Lets hope the data is back soon.

I think I clinked the "contact us" link on the site I think, it sent it to radio.times@bbc.co.uk.
I've just checked and all my BBC1, BBC2 and HTV west have all gone!
Luckily tonights Doctor Who was already set up so thats recording OK as I type (Phew!)

I've just checked and restored my backup from yesterday and it was intact with 6 days left of EPG - so hopefully they only buggered it up on todays run.

Out of interest - at what time do you guys grab your listings? I run the job at 7:30am and I seem to have a full set of listings. Maybe a regional thing (I'm BBC London & South East) or perhaps whatever today's problem was got fixed by the time my job ran.

Cheers,
Brian

My run is at 02:00 and was missing the regional channels.
I've done a few manual runs during the day and they all were the same.

Same here: i'm trying for BBC1 South, BB2 South and ITV Meridian - with zero data returned. ITV Neridian even seems to have disappeared from the channelslosting on XMLTV. WTF??

I've seen that plain BBC1 and BBC2 along with Anglia TV have full listings.
I think I may do an import of them, change the channel names back and merge with the main one. A long holiday weekend probably doesn't help with getting it fixed.

Alan Birtles has a workaround by downloading three data files and copying to cache.
