Analog Cable Noise

I have a PVR-150 and HVR-1600 in a system working off analog cable. I have good smooth video with no stuttering. However the really annoying problem I have is that the noise in the analog video is really accentuated in the output image. It's the snow affect exccept it's in color. Very blocky and nasty on screen. What settings on the PVR-150/HVR-1600 affect how that noise in the image on screen?

I answered my own question. I needed to tweak the settings on the Dynamic Noise Reduction tab of the PVR-150 tweak tool. Now the picture is awesome.
