Does anyone have a copy of transmit.exe for use with WinLirc?

I've been trying to compile this thing for hours and can't get it to work, I know zilch about compiling. Does ayone have a copy of transmit.exe they could upload to zupload.com or something like that? I'd really appreciate it.

they didn't include it in newest version..
