start on Second Monitor does not wotk even with patch

Hi,
I am unable to start the new GUI on the second Monitor, even after I set up the config and apply the patch as described.
Also the old GUI is no longer starting on second screen with this version if I start it directly.
The strange thing is, if I start config first and then start GPVR with right click on the now available tray icon the old interface comes up on the second screen.
As solution it would be OK for me if I at least could start the old GUI with one click on the second screen. (As it worked in the old Version)
