Audio/video sync isnt typically something GB-PVR would have much say in. GB-PVR is just supplying the raw chunks of data from the video file, which directshow then splits into audio and video and hands to the appropriate decoders at time it should "presented", which behind the scenes is tied to the timing supplied by the sound device. Usually sync issue will be resolved by switching audio/video decoder, or audio renderer.
