Hi Pastro. I installed your BurnDVDX2 plugin and it works great. (Thanks for the hard work!)

I'm having one small problem with it (and it could just be my lack of knowledge on its proper usage). I'm unable to set a picture for the DVD menu using the "SetMenuPic" button. Is anything supposed to happen after you hit the button? For me, nothing happens. I selected a frame to use (the << and >> buttons) and hit "SetMenuPic" and then hit "OK". I burned to DVD and played it and the menu background said "No Image Set!".

Did I leave anything out? Logs are attached (not sure if they're needed).

That's the right way to do it. For some reason it felt as though the image wasn't set. In your temp directory that you set up there should be a burndvd dir and in that there is a file called back.jpg that should contain your picture. Try burning an iso as a test (that way you don't waste the DVD) and go through the same process and see if you have the same trouble. Look at the back.jpg and see if there is a picture.

I know you mentioned that you hit ok, which is correct. If you hit escape or cancel, the menu picture and the start and stop times that you set are discarded.

I put in a menu preview option so you can look at the menu and decide whether you want to burn or cancel the create. I didn't want to release it to the public until a few more days of the current release bugs get reported. If you want to try it, PM me with your email and I'll send it out.

Thanks Pastro for the quick reply.

I will try your suggestion and get back to you. I thought I hit "OK", but I remember doing it several times because there was no feedback that the picture was set. Perhaps on the last time I tried to set the picture, I hit escape instead of "OK".

I'll let you know. I'm sure the error exists between the keyboard and chair. Big Grin

Actually as long as you hit ok once, it should be saved and used. A subsequent cancel "should" not have erased it. Let me know if you want the version with the menu preview so you can look at the authored menu and then decide if you want to burn or iso it.

Thanks Pastro, but it seems to be working now. I see a back0.jpg (and it's the correct picture) in the temporary folder, so I must not have hit "OK" when I burned the DVD in question. Sorry... my mistake. :o

Again, I appreciate it. Fantastic plugin!

Seems like something must have gone wrong somewhere. At any rate the new version soon to be released has a preview mode, so if there are any issues, they will be easy to spot going forward.
Thanks for the comments, they apply to tmrt and pbs for all the work those guys put in that I built off of.

I get an error everytime I click on it in PVRX2?
I will attach files to show the error.
Any help would be great.

Delete your logs, run pvrx2, click on burndvdx2, post your logs.
