Try deleting all the files from c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\web\bin except gbweb.dll and gbweb.pdb, then restart the recording service.

If I only could learn to read more than one line down.

This issue is allready solved read about it here. It's a question of deleting some files from the old version.

Had the same problem - fix works for me too

While the suggested deletion of files didn't work for me earlier, I installed the newest version, got the refused message, deleted the files above and now I get the login screen. So far so good.

I enter userid/password and the following message appears at the top left corner of the login screen...

Error finding config.xml

Edit to add the above error was my error - when I installed the new version the user id (and maybe the password). I'm now working. Still don't know how I got to this point, but I guess it doesn't matter since things are working now [Image: smile.gif]
