reoccuring recording problem

Hi,

Please see attached log files. There suppose to be 3 reoccuring recording I set last week. However they only appeared once and there is nothing in the pending panel for next week. I hope these information helps. Thanks.

Sorry but your logs have got nothing of any use in them. You need to reset the logging level to the default 'debug' level. Also make sure you log flushing enabled...then reproduce the problem and repost the logs.

I encounter the same problem. I had checked the option - Flush log messages to disk. Hopefully able to capture the logs about reoccurring problem. This problem does not exist in version 09905. Any version after that is having the manual record reoccurring problem.

The problem is very similar to this thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...reoccuring. Except that my location, there is no EPG available. All recording need to be scheduled manually.
I wonder if the file GBPVRRecordingService.zip from http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...reoccuring can be used in 1.0.16?

Hi sub,
Attached here are the log files.
For your information. My area doesn't have EPG. Thus all recording are created manually. I shutdown my PC everyday 1:30am and automatically turn on at 7:30am.

What time do you have set for the EPG update in the config app? Even if you dont use an EPG, it needs to be awake at this time to make sure any reoccuring manual recordings are created.

In the config app menu, I set to never.

You probably have to set to something other than never. (I must remember to remove that option...)

OK, I will try that. Try to set it like 12:00pm. See if it does improve or not.
Do I need to check the option "Full EPG Reload"? Currently is uncheck.
