Choppy ATSC Playback - Hauppauge 1600

So I am a newbie and kind of stumped by this. Attached is the graphedit file. When I use this setup and play ATSC in Graphedit it looks fine. It also looks fine when I play it in Windows Media player. However, in GBPVR it is very choppy when I watch live or recorded ATSC. I have it configured to use the same HCW MPEG-2 Video Decoder. I have also tried VMR9, VMR7 and Overlay. Is there something I am missing? Are there additional overlay settings somewhere? Thanks for the help!

I found that the MS mux doesn't play as well as cyberlink or ATI muxes do.
