Reproduce the problem, then zip and and attach your logs.

right thanks, this fixes it.


But, one question, how do I get EPG data? because my card can recive EPG data, it is just GBPVR that doesn't use it or something, and I have checked the config settings for the capture source to use EPG data, but it still does not show anything in the EPG.

It should download it from the DVB stream if you had told your capture source to use the DVB EPG option. If not, the hit the 'update epg' button in the config app, then zip and and attach your logs.

Can you enable log flushing in the config app, then it ok to apply the setting, then restart the config app, view your capture source setting and hit the 'update epg' button again, then zip and attach the logs again.

I dont think you've set your directories in the config app. The recordings directory is set to c:\temp, but I dont think you have this directory.

It fails to create the temporary file it uses to extract the listings. Set it to a valid directory, then try again.
