Bug in EVR with HOME

EVR seems to work fine for me except for one function. When in Live TV if pushing the Menu(i) button on the Hauppauge remote, which I think is bound to HOME. Then the home page is supposed to be visible with a small window of the live tv in the bottom left corner. However with EVR the picture is screwed up. I seems the home menu is shown, but the fullscreen live tv is still filling the window. The menu is shown through as the screen flickers.

Part from that EVR seems to work perfectly. Slight tearing though, but not any worse than I have with VMR9.

It wont be possible to have EVR in a window on the menus.

Unfortunately I forgot to disable the video inset window when using the EVR video renderer. I'll add this logic for the next release.
