There are 4 files. I think that Windows by default uses the frequencies in the us-hrc.ini file but I'm not positive so I created a file for it. For most people that use other frequencies, the us-cable.ini file will work. I've added an alternate that offsets the frequencies by 250khz just in case. us-irc.ini will probably never be needed because the frequencies are very close to us-cable.ini and most tuners are tolerant enough to tune them but may as well be thorough.
To use, just rename gbpvr\BDA\ATSC\qam.ini to qam.bak and then rename the file you want to use as qam.ini in the same location.
Edit: I did them as separate files so that the number before the "=" corresponds to the physical channel of the frequency.
