Transcode/Auto Convert

Hi. Am recording into DVR-MS format - wanting to convert to MPEG for burning to DVD.

When does the auto convert start? I've set the time between 1am and 11pm (I.e. anytime) and it hasn't started yet!

Also, when I go into video library, and hit Transcode - it doesn't do anything - I' sure it used to put a menu up once upon a time!

Do you have the Cyberlink Mux installed? It needs to be if you want convert DVR-MS files to anything else.

yeah I have.

Try selecting a DVR-MS file in the Video Library, then hit the 'transcode' button, then zip and attach the PVRX2.exe.log and PVRX2.exe-native.log files and I'll take a look.

When does the auto convert start?

Set the lefthand time box to ASAP (scroll past 11pm). Don't worry about the righthand time box - it's ignored when ASAP is set.

I think if you had one that was actually called "CyberLink MPEG Muxer" instead of "PP MPEG Muxer" then it would work.

ppMPGMUX.ax
mpgmux.ax
mcempgmux.ax

Where can I find one called Cyberlink???
