Everything installs fine with 1.1.5, but not with 1.2.9, where the 1721 Error pops up. I also tried uninstalling the VC5 runtime deliverable, but no change.
Have you tried stopping service, killing all msiexec and pvrx2.exe in memory , uninstalling, restarting computer, and reinstalling?
