In the contious story of getting my DVB-C multidec setup reliable, I've noticed changed behaviour in GBPVR. In previous versions the recording service checked if the filesize was growing normally. If it wasn't, the recording stopped and it was given a second chance. But this isn't happening in 1.2.9. (I should note I have a patched version of the recording service for playing avi's on my PCH).
The file created at 07:24:30 isn't marked as "failed" either. It was added to the list of ready recordings. The recordings log is attached. Has something changed here?

Can you post the GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log that went with this?

:o Oops, the check is in there. Sorry about that. But still I think I should get a failed recording.

A recording is only ever marked as failed if the recording service wasnt running during the time the recording was due to occur. If it successfully started the device, but the device (or multidec filter) never delivered any bytes of data, then you'll end up with a 'ready' recording containing no bytes of data.

It'd be nice if it also marked it as failed under some other conditions, but it doesnt.
