PVRX2 UI not working

I am having a problem with version 1.2.9 of pvrx2. It was working fine for me then all of a sudden every time I load it up on my computer the main menu screen is completely scrambled like when a tv can't get a signal. I can see that I can scroll through the menus but can't read anything at all. I tried the old ui of gbpvr.exe and it works no problem. My mvp also displays the new ui perfect too.

I am confused because I don't remember changing anything. I have uninstalled and re-installed but it still is scrambled. I am not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

What videocard do you have in your machine?

Just the one that came installed in the machine. Its a SiS Mirage2.

Unfortunately I suspect that video adapter isnt up to it and you'd need another video card to get past this.

Try running a lower resolution though, it might help.

It's just weird though cause it has always worked before. I have been running this version since it was released.

Have you changed your desktop resolution, or the video drivers?

I haven't changed the resolution and I don't think I have changed the drivers unless it was done through windows update. I guess I probably should update to a better video card anyways though. Hopefully that will fix it.

Sorry, I dont really have any other suggestions for you, but its pretty much only the video card or its drivers that could cause the problem you're seeing.

I'd try a lower resolution though, ideally with 32 bit color. It might help.
