Switch audio track on playback with TS Mux

I know what is causing the problem on the PCH, and there is another thread here somewhere that discusses it. The files are recorded fine, and everything other than the PCH plays them without issue, but the PCH dislikes having the header describing other audio streams that arent present in the recording. I'll try to address it for v1.3.x (by generating a new header when the broadcast is recorded, rather than using the header from the broadcast).
