Hibernate, Standby menu items exit GBPVR

Since upgrading I've noticed that these items (and maybe Restart and Shutdown as well?) on the System screen seem to exit GBPVR as opposed to performing the indicated function.

Sorry I think I left a default setting the wrong way in the release. Try setting <SystemRestartIsAppOnly>false</SystemRestartIsAppOnly> in config.xml

After upgrade, standby and hibernate would not work from the MVP for me last night. Would this be the same cause and fix?
