PVRX2 VideoPlugin not working

I am having a problem getting the weather VideoPlugin to work. I have added it to the config.xml under <VideoPlugin4>Weather</VideoPlugin4> but everytime i press 4 + F11(Go) the mini guide pops up. What am i missing??

Sorry there is no video plugin support in PVRX2 at this stage.
