Hi there, just got GBPVR up and running (the only program I havent had mega trouble picking up the DVB channels with!)

Just wanting to know how I setup my remote to work with it. I had a search on the forums but couldnt really find anything. Can I set it up so when I press the power button on remote it loads GBPVR instead of VMC?

Thanks

Try clicking the "Fix Hauppauge Remote Settings (45 button remote)" button in the config app.

Or try a forum search for "Hauppage GRNPOWER". 1st hit I got may be useful to read http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...uge+remote

Cool thanks, gotta it working kinda but when I go to change a channel it comes up with a box saying: IR Startup Found IR Controler (880) FW Version = 64

And then when i try to use remote again the Ir program crashes. I can use the remote to run through the guide and start recording something and use the remote to fast forward and rewind. But as soon as i try and open live tv it comes up with that box.

try running haupclear and reinstalling latest hauppauge drivers and software.
Failing that buy a cheap MCE remote - I found mine less glitchy and much more responsive than the hauppauge remote. And you can use it to wake from standby.
