Ordering capture sources

Must be dumb, but I highlight the source I want re-ordered and use the arrow buttons to move it to a new position. Easy so far! Only problem is the change doesn't stick.

Is there a magic trick I am missing? (Tried searches and wiki but couldn't find an answer).
