cant get menu (home) button to work

it all worked when I 1st installed gbpvr, but now when I press the menu buton on my remote nothing happens, I wanted to use the video inset but no luck, I also tried pressing the HOME button with no luck, I also tried CTRL-M but that just brings up the little volume bar on the top of the screen......

Help please.....

The home button will only take video into the inset window if you're using a renderer compatible. ie, you can use VMR9 and VMR9 FSE, but not EVR or Overlay.

I tried every setting and it still won't work, Would it need a full reboot maybe?

Using the VMR9 renderer, start playing a video file, then hit the home key on the keyboard, then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

You have <UseVideoInset> set to 'false' in config.xml. Set it to 'true'.
