Here's the changelog so far for the next NMT firmware (old Sigma libs)

http://www.mpcclub.com/modules.php?name=...le&sid=653

The http mkv speed is back to the July speed still with the improved Haali splitter.

Note that I am not planning on supporting RMVB via myiHome. I could but I don't see there is a huge demand in fact I'd prefer Syabas spend time elsewhere but that's not my call. The interesting thing is Syabas now are using myIhome as a transcoding engine for non-supported formats (via mencoder) which might be good in the future. Even though I hate dvr-ms as some of you might now, I did suggest Syabas investigate this.

Yes. Did you have a specific question on it?

Yeah, I wanted to know if you could test 2 files with mkv chapters. They would be less than 50MB apiece.

Both samples play fine from gbpvr and sthe kip by chapter is very much like the 30 second skip maybe even faster audio sync. The only thing is there is no way to immediately skip to chapter 1 because it is not the beginning of the file. If you think that is a bug I can report it.

That's shouldn't be a problem. I'll just make the script automatically create Chapter 1 to be at the beginning of the file. That makes more sense anyway. Thanks for the help.

I thought you'd like to see screen shots of the new crop feature in this firmware. I choose an HD broadcast with one of those SD size centres.

I follow it up with the SD broadcast. It is not quite perfect cropping but I am not sure if that it because I am capturing 1080i on a 480 NTSC capture.

Martin,

I'm not quite sure what I'm seeing here. Would like a short SD sample from an analog 16:9 recording, that has black bars on the top and bottom of the screen: http://www.xs4all.nl/~degit/sd_16_9_sample.mpg? Actually, I'm just really curious what this looks like with the new firmware Smile
