My Videos 3.0 Not Displaying

Ok, a new user here so bear with me.

Got it all working and recording fine with my Nova-T :-)

Trying to use the MyVideos plugin. Installed the database, then installed the plugin and configured it. However, its not getting displayed on the GB-PVR screen when invoked.

The error log shows:-

i've tried reinstalling the DB but it still fails, myvideosplugin.dll reports version 3.1.0.0

any ideas?

no, ydekmekji your problem is something else.  starfire your problem is to do with the skin you are using, which appears to be the blue skin. anyone else having issues with the blue skin in the latest version of my videos?

I am not having any problems at all, i think you need to start a new thread with lastest stuff, and the people who are using the wrong what ever is instructed to delete eerything db, my videos folder plugin, and put back fresh install, i think alot of people have got files and plugins and also skin.xml mixed up, thats why they are having so many problems

thanks darrin75, glad to know its not the skin. i think hes is using an old blue skin with the new my videos plugin (well a newer plugin).

OK, so I am using an old blue skin, I wasn't aware I needed a newer one....

What I did was:-

Fresh install gbpvr
Configured it, got it all working fine
Downloaded myvideos (+DB) ,mypictures, weather plugins

Can get pictures and weather to display fine but myvideos fails as I described.

So, where do i get the new blue skin from, its not on downloads? whats its name?

its included in the zip file, your just suppose to unzip everything (excluding the "readme" stuff, i have to keep that in there since im using other peoples icons) to the gbpvr directory, it will overwrite the old skin with the new one (only the blue skin of course).

Strange, thats what I did - unzip everything (including readme's) and let it overwrite whatever it wanted.

Perhaps the weather plugin changed the blue skin as well? (or the newsreader plugin I have running).

To start again from scratch, whats the best way to save my config (primarily concerned about my nova-t setup and epg mappings) then fresh install? I did use add/remove in control panel but it clearly doesn't remove a lot of stuff as after the reinstall it knew my previous config.
