i just bought the hauppauge 1250 hd tuner and i cant get it to work with GBPVR. the card works in WMC but it doesnt give hd channels (OTA) i would like to use this program for that but dont know how to get it to work. if any knows its greatly appreciated. oh and its the latest version of the software.

The analog side of this device isnt usable in GB-PVR due to the lack of hardware MPEG2 encoder, but the digital side should be ok.

Did you setup a capture source? Did you scan for channels by clicking the 'map digital channels to epg channels'?

no i new to this program (google) all i know to do is open the tuning settings and choose a card but my type isnt there

When you setup your capture source, you need to set the recording source to 'digital recording plugin', then it should be listed as one of the card options.

I think you should click the 'wiki' link at the top of the page and have a read of the documentation.
