PVRX2 Freezes on startup

I am new to GB-PVR and installing for first time.
After installing .net, C, gbpvr and doing configure the PVRX2 freezes at startup with only the window frame and the desktop background fixed in it.

XP SP3 AMD 2100
M. Roslyn OEM capture card (windows installed drivers)
- Hauppauge WinTV 88x Audio Capture
- Hauppauge WinTV 88x Crossbar
- Hauppauge WinTV 88x MPEG Encoder (Roslyn)
- Hauppauge WinTV 88x Tuner
- Hauppauge WinTV 88x Video (MPEG+Front)
Onboard Video (VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP)
No MUX Filter found

It looks like your video card isnt up to running PVRX2.exe. It seems to be unable to create the large textures required.

What video card do you have?

The video in just an onboard chip, not good enough I guess:
- VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP

I have a All-IN-Wonder Radeon 7500 (64 MB AGP 4X) I could put in. It has both a tuner in and video out, Don't know if it is supported by GP-PVR. I don't need the tuner part but would be nice

The tuner on the All-In-Wonder wont work in GB-PVR, but hopefully the videocard side of it would work. Its pretty old too though.
