Hello,

Could someone kindly provide me with a link to download version 0.97.9 (I believe that is the last version to support PVR350). I have been trying to guess the links to the msi installer but no luck.

Many thanks.

Unfortunately, you won't find a link by guessing, because I don't think the files are available for download from this forum or site...

It is sad that support for the 350 was dropped. I know sub fought long and hard to keep it working, but at the end of the day, we all moved on...

Someone might have a copy they can get to you (sorry I don't). The project has improved so much in look and stabliity, it might be worth it to change the card...!

Yeap, not there. If someone has this version could you please send me a PM, or indicate where I can get it from. I can upload it to my web site since it looks like others also look for it from time to time.

Amazingly, I had two PCs running GBPVR. Both motherboards died within a month. The one I leave always on has to be a low power PC (low wattage), and it does not have video out. The PVR350 is wonderful for this since it takes care of both problems. I cannot afford to buy new PCs nor new video cards. I know sub does not like them for good reasons, but they work for me.

Thank you.

Be careful... sub doesn't like publically available old versions. Holding on to them and PM a copy is better...

One trouble with the original installers is there are often 3 or 4 patches required, so you likely will have trouble getting a stable system so I am against the idea of spreading this via your web site.

I would expect all versions of GBPVR that had the old GBPVR.exe would work, you don't have to go back that far. Sub didn't take out the support or make it any worse as far as I have read, and now all the old versions are equally unsupported.

OK, fair enough, I won't make it available. If someone has anything close to it could you please PM me. I could try the newer versions but sub stated in the 1.2.13 announcement thread that 0.97.9 was the last version with support for the 350.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it mentioned in many threads that while the OFFICIAL support for the PV-350 TV-Out was dropped after 0.97.9, it continued to work until the GBPVR.EXE interface was completely dropped with 1.2.13. Certainly you should try the last pre-PVRX2 release, which was 0.99.12.

I installed 1.02.09. In the config I don't see any hardware option for playback/decoding, I only see System Default and MPEG Decoder, with neither I get a video signal off the 350. I think there was a "hardware" option there before, not 100% sure at this point.
