Hi,

I've seen a lot of threads about config.exe crashing when scanning channels. Sadly no solution has fixed my problems.
I'm using:

GB-PVR v1.3.11 with a Hauppauge Nova SE2 and a Hauppauge Nova-T USB2.
While the SE2 is now working fine the Nova-T crashes config.exe as soon as I click on 'Map digital channels to EPG channels' with an unhandled exception.

When clicking on 'continue' there is a message from config that it was unable to start the DBA device....

WinTV is installed and both tuners (SE2 and Nova-T) are working fine.

Any ideas what might cause this error or maybe a thread about this I haven't sees so far?

Thanks for your help

Post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Are you sure you selected the correct device type when you setup your capture source? If so, then run filtercheck.exe and post the filtercheck.log.

You've got the device number set incorrectly on the Nova-T stick capture source. It should be set to device #1. You have it set to device #2.

You only need to increment the device number when you have multiple devices sharing the same drivers. Your two devices have different drivers so are both device #1.
