I've select mce as my blaster and configured the buttons 1 to 10 but I cant find anywhere in the gbpvr wiki that shows me how to assign a transmission code to each of my channels.

eg bbc is 101. I have it as channel number #1 so it appears in the live tv list 1st, and in the other channels mapping tab it is assigned to number 242 (the sat channel on my tuner) but where do I assign the code 101 to send to the digibox?

You need to use external software like HIP or IR Server Suite to learn your remote, and to control the IR Blasting. You can find some information in the wiki on how to set it up.

cheers. I thought I'd gone thru the learning process as gbpvr asked me to point the remote at the blaster and press buttons 0 to 9 but I'm guessing that must of been the remote receiving prrocess.

There is a partial implementation of direct support for MCE IR Blaster when setting up a capture source, but before I completed it software like HIP came along, and did a better job, so I never went back and completed it. It does work fine for some people, but I prefer people use external software for it these days - they're more complete solutions, and more tweakable.
