Hi,
I have just recently downloaded and insalled gb-pvr. Im still waiting on my TV card so not using one just yet. I have been having a couple of problems playing videos I have stored on my HDD.
1. When playing a movie, there is a thin white line along the right side and bottom of the screen when in full screen mode.
2. When playing a movie that is widescreen, gb-pvr stretches the movie to regular TV size (I dont have a widescreen TV)...this distorts everything. If I play the movie using the divx player it stays the correct format.

Has anyone had the same problems Im experiencing?

Thanks
Dean.

i've had the same problem with the white line. I just thought it's a consequence of using a tv as monitor.

I have noticed the same thing. I am able to get it to go away by hitting the Full button once... reducing the window size and then pressing it again to bring it back to full size window mode. This always fixes the problem for me. I think even thought the box is checked in the config mode to go full window it isn't quite making it to full size. Just my guess as the problem goes away after the sequence I described.

You shoudl probably join the other topic about white lines/dots in support. It is being talked about there.

Regarding the stretching, you should be able to hit F7 (I think, I don't use it myself) if you're using VMR7/9, in order to change aspect ratio.
