I suspect this issue may be pretty common but since it is intermittant and presumably if you have good reception very intermittant it may not be reported much. I can confirm that I have exactly these symptoms, again they appear on some channels that are running on reduced power.
Similar symptoms here. TV1,2,3,6,7 etc fine on DVB-T but C4 freezes, hops skips and jumps all over the place in either Live TV or recorded. After a few minutes playing C4 on Live TV, the picture will usually freeze completely but the audio carries on.... until I change the channel or exit. Recordings are pretty much unwatchable.
(Incidentally, Freeview|HD does much the same, but not so badly or frequently, and there's not much to watch on that anyway)!
Using a HVR900 USB stick with external antenna, Cyberlink PDV7 H.264 and Monogram AAC decoder.
Any suggestions for improvement much appreciated - at the moment I have to use C4 from Analog instead.

I have the same problem with DVB-T but C4 freezing, skipping and jumpping all over the place in either Live TV or recorded.
