I'm sorry, but this can't be. I have 100% success with Slimm's command, and 100% failure selecting from the GBPVR System menu. It is a complete correlation, with no intermittent effect. If the API call is identical, then there must be some surrounding code making a difference.

This is similar to differences I experience between a number of third-party suspend apps: nircmd, poweroff, etc.

This is all fairly academic, as I know my system has more standby issues than most.

That's what I thought, too, but it is already disabled. The mouse won't bring it out of suspend, but I think a twitch at the wrong moment keeps it from properly going into suspend.

This is a separate problem from the one that Sub looked into, though.

Sorry, I dont know what to tell you. From what I can tell, we're using the same API with same parameters to go into standby, and it works fine for me here.
