MPEG2 (codec guide) & MS DECCHECK

After the last upgrade, my system couldn't properly playback MPEG2 files. Â Playback was blocky or slow. I didn't want to reinstall my entire Windows system. Â In the end, it was a codec issue. Â After searching here and on google, I found the following useful links and tools:

Microsoft DECCheck

Media Portal Mpeg2 guide

Codecs are still confusing to me, but after running the above, I know what is running and how to install new codecs for playback in GB-PVR.
