Glad you got it working.
I should have realized that the working directory for cmd.exe as called from gb-pvr wouldn't be c:\blast as I suggested, so copying haupblast.exe and/or sleep.exe there wouldn't do anything useful (I guess the working dir is either c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr, or more probably c:\windows\system32). The solution would be to call all executables by their full path, or add their locations to PATH= as you have done. Having sleep.exe in your PATH= can only be a good thing anyhow, in case you want to use it for something else later.
