Program hangs during mapping

I'm using the Hauppauge 1800 card and I went through the steps without an issue until I got to the mapping part. The live TV box shows the first channel, and it lets me map it, but when I click to the next channel it hangs the program and I have to close it to get it to work again. I tried some other programs trial without an issue, but I'm stumped on why this is occurring.

OS - XP SP3

Different config, but I think it's same issue, are you talking about Config>Capture Sources>Digital>Map to EPG? I had problems with setup here, except for me it blue screened at first, even before getting to the point at which I could click.

To work around it, I disabled all other non-essential processes, turned off screen savers, only scanned up to highest number I really wanted (channel 69) and crossed my fingers, and it finally worked. This was true only after rebootiing from a bluescreen, somehow it managed to get the digital info read in correctly.

Thanks for the replay. I click map to EPG and that works, it shows all of the clear QAM stations, but hangs when I click to the next channel to map it to the correct freq. I don't run a SS, but I'll try and start over and see what it hanging. I tried BTV and MYTH before this without issues, but I like the look of this software I'm not in the mood for the Linux experience at the moment.

Reproduce the problem and then zip and post your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log

That log doesnt look like it shows the config app hanging. It looks like it ends with an orderly shutdown rather than the logs just stopping abruptly. Did you post the logs immediately after reproducing the problem?

Yup, right after it hung when I highlighted another channel to map. I'll try it again and attach.

Here's the new one. It's hanging on the channel currently and I took them right at this point. Also of interest is when I click back to the music channels that are available, if goes through them without issue, but when I get to my local network affiliates, that's where it starts to flake out.

Sorry, thats not the right logs. You should have posted config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log.
