Lineup Problems - ZAP2IT

OK,

This is strange.....

Several stations that used to be on my TV listing aren't there anymore.....

I have posted with ZAP2IT, but, I'm not getting any response. My cable provider hasn't changed a thing in months, so the listings should be there. But, they aren't listed on the ZAP2IT lineup page anymore.

Any ideas on what happened? I can't get them to respond - is anyone else having these problems?

I have the same problem. I don't get all the channels for my area. I can check the information for my area on the zap2it web site when I log in using my username and password and my information is correct. I just don't get the info in GBPVR on the TV guide for my selected channels.

It turns out the informtion has to be changed at labs.zap2it.com

Once I changed the channel info at the proper site, the TV guide info updates properly.
