new ATI card, no decoders after install

Hello,
Working on my new GBPVR TV server.
Bought motherboard (link below) with embedded ATI 3300 card with HDMI on board.
After installing all ATI drivers and direct x9c, i installed GBPVR and found that in Config on the playback tab I had no options under video decoder except system default.
I installed the k-lite codec pack and now i can choose ffdshow as video decoder, but curious as to how to use the native hardware on my video card?

Not really GBPVR support I know, but I'm confused as to why I don't have more options under video decoder.

You get an ATI Mpeg decoder if you install the ATI xcode.exe driver from the ATI website
