I searched the forum and found the 8/22/09 NMT files. Once I got those reinstalled all is good running with v1.3.11 again. Thanks for the pointers.
My issues with 1.4.7 and LiveTV were on my MVPs, no trouble with the NMT until I rolled back my GBPVR to v1.3.11.
