New to GBPVR. I can't get config.exe to run after an install. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off UAC. Still when i select config.exe I get the spinning blue wheel and then nothing, nada.

I can run the pvr interface, and all the other utilities just not config.exe.

Just for the curious, per the 1.4.7 instruction page, I installed the 2005 C++ microsoft update.

I'm trying to run an old Kworld 115 pci card, not sure if that matters.

Any ideas would be appreciated:confused:

Post the config.exe.log and I'll see if there is anything obvious.

Unfortunately I'm not sure. The logs dont show any obvious error, and the next line of few lines of expected logging (after yours stops) are very basic code and not the source of this problem. I suspect it might be a bad decoder on the machine causing it, but I cant be sure.

I'm running Win 7 x64 with only CoreAVC and FFdshow 2006 installed above the normal codec and no problems, just for information.
