Could be Vista/Win7 file protection getting in the way. Try deleting the "C:\Users\<Your Acount>\AppData\Local\Virtual Store\Program Files\Devnz" directory.
I do not have anything in the Virtual Store directory. I do notice that if I go to(in PVRx2) Settings --> Playback and select Video Decoder which say system default it asks me for a pin.
Ok. I'm think what it is that I am confused on how channel mappings work. Does each channel need to be mapped?
So I mapped WNBC to 4.1, that now shows up on Live TV. But do I have to manually do this for each and every channel. And how do I figure this out - for example what would I map a secondary NBC to?

Yes - each channel you want to be able to watch.

Assuming you've supplied the application an EPG that has listings for this secondary NBC channel, then map it to that.
